What do you do to move the blinking cursor from current cell to the right or the left adjacent cell? Generally, you can use your mouse pointer by moving and clicking in the adjacent as needed.
However, Excel office has function key shortcut to perform the same thing instead of using a mouse pointer.
In a cell in worksheet of Excel office, after entering data into inside it. The cursor is still blinking in the current active cell of the worksheet. If you want to move the cursor from the present active cell to the adjacent cell on the right. Just press the “TAB” key button on the keyboard.
On the other way, if you would rather to move the cursor from the current cell to the cell of the left side. Pressing the “SHIFT & TAB” key buttons to activate it.
Please be noted:
These 2 shortcut key functions, the direction will go from one cell at a time leading to the adjacent cell as per the route regardless as mentioned above. If you want to change the direction such as to the above or below cell, after you have done the shortcut way, then you can use the “ARROW ” key to move the cursor to wherever as YOU aspect.
