[Ctrl]+[Arrow Keys] Move To The Edge Of Next Region Cells Data Entering

Do you know that we can move from the cells containing data to the next cells by using shortcut key?

Sometimes we have filed data into cells of worksheet. However, not every cell we do put data inside it.

Therefore, there are some cells might be empty. I have heralded the empty cells because it is significant for the shortcut key as we are going to explore it today.

The shortcut key to move to the edge of the next region cells, which they have the data entered. Those the key buttons are [Ctrl] + [Arrow Keys].

Method:
  • Press the [Ctrl] key button and hold down
  • To push the [Arrow Keys] button down while keeping the ‘Ctrl’ key in freezing
  • Keep pressing the ‘Arrow Keys’ to some cells as you needed
  • Release the 2 keys
Benefit:

This shortcut helps you to navigate any cells quickly, which they have the data entering within inside. The empty cells will be skipped.

Notice:

Remember that the [Ctrl] key is the main button, to begin from it first, then just choose one of the four [Arrow Keys] set, Left; Right; Upper and Lower Arrow.
