How many ways can I call out an "Insert Function" dialog box?
There are 3 alternative methods to display the dialog box.
When should I use the box such as talking about above?
Whenever you want to use some useful formulas like "VLOOKUP, SUM, AVERAGE, IF, HYPERLINK, COUNT, MAX, MIN, SIN, SUMIF, PMT,.."
Hereafter the methods:
1. Use the keyboard shortcut key.
2. The secondalternative is: Clicking the button that looks like as " fx " symbol on the "Function" button on the "Formula Tab" that it is usually located at lowest row underneath the "Formula Tab" of the Ribbon but above the ABC..columns category.
3. Last method that you can use it too. Firstly to find the "AutoSum" button that on top right of the Ribbon. Click on the drop down button, again click on the "More Function..." button. Then instantly appearing the "Insert Function" button.
