[Shift]+[Arrow Keys] Expanding The Current Cell To Another Active Cell

What do you do if you want to extend the current active cells to another cell each side?

Say about Excel program system, allow user to manage it simply by using shortcut key. Now, If you are selecting whether how many active cell in the worksheet. It doesn’t matter you can extend them(active cells) more to the four sides, left, right, upper, lower of adjacent active cells.

Follow these steps:
  • Press the [Shift] [Left Arrow] to extend the selection to the adjacent cell on the left.
  • Press the [Shift] [Right Arrow] to expand the selection to the adjacent cell on the right.
  • Press the [Shift] [Up Arrow] to extend the selection to the adjacent cell above.
  • Press the [Shift] [Down Arrow] expending the selection to another underneath cell.

  1. You can select the number of the cell beginning as many as you want. It is possible to select only one cell or more.
  2. Keep pressing the [Arrow Keys] continual again and again until meet the final cell you wanted, do this while pressing the [Shift] key first and hold it every time.

To expand the selection to the adjacent cell on the right.
[Shift] [Up Arrow]
Extending the selection to the adjacent cell above
[Shift] [Down Arrow]
To extend the selection to another underneath cell.
